Green or not green? That is the question

How ecological I’m? Well, it could say that not too much. I really don’t care a lot from the environment but I try to don’t contribute to the progressive destruction of the planet (jajaja so dramatic!)
In the brightside, in my house, we don’t use any chimney or something like that, so we don’t expulse a lot of carbon dioxide to the planet.  Another thing that concerned a lot in my house is the energy’s consume, even if is not for ecological reasons, there are always someone worry that the lights or electrical appliances don’t be turn on when no one is using them, or for example we don’t open the freezer all the time unless is necessary.
Also, we don’t use so much our car, my dad never goes to the work in it, neither my mom (although is for economical reasons), is only used when it requires. I for my part, whenever I can I go to the university or anywhere I have to go in my bike, it makes me feel good with myself and I feel like I’m doing something good for the environment.
We unfortunately don’t have the habit to recycle, the garbage it’s not classified or anything, we neither use to recycle glass or cardboard.  What we do use to do is gave all our old clothes, so it can be re used and don’t contribute to increases the trash on the planet.

In general I can say that I’m not really a fully commitment person with the environment, but I do try to not be another burden for the planet

In Honor to Rambito

Hello! Well my story is really sad. I had a little doggy call Rambito jajajjaj… yes yes I know it’s not a very original or appropriate name for a dog, it makes to think in a killer dog or something like that, but the truth is that was an adorable and inoffensive little dog. He doesn’t even was of race, but to my eyes it was the most lovely stray dog ever.
When he came to my house it was a little ball of fur that walks all over the place and mess everything.  By then, me and my brothers were still little children and played whit him all the time. We teach to him all kind of trucks, to run over the ball, to catch old cloth from impossible places and stuffs like that. He always had energy to play whit us.
One time he made me spend a huge scare. This doggy doesn’t know how to walk on the street; he was too crazy and wild. In one of his frenetic runs he was crushed by a car, He lived! Don’t worry, but he was seriously injured and I had to care him for a long time.
After all of that, I remember that I go out for a walk with him whenever I could. But as I was growing up, I  was forgotten the little dog every time even more to the point that sometimes in the last time the poor doggy was so lonely in the backyard just waiting for a visit from us.
The thing is that my little doggy was getting old and we don’t even note this. He walks more difficultly with the pas of time until he just stop walk at all and just lie down all day and we had to feed him and gave him water.
To finish quickly, we had to put to sleep my doggy for medical reasons and it was really really sad for all my family.

The best... until now

The best holidays I ever had were made like two years ago, in the summer of 2010. The thing was that me and my friends decided to go at South of the country and known a lot of places travelling with nothing more than a backpack and our encourage.
Well, put that way sounds very funny, and…  IT REALLY WAS !! We were prepared with alcohol to put to sleep an elephant. So… it was a week very move.

We finally arrived to a place name Antuco and we stay there for a little while, I really don’t remember exactly the time that we remain there. The first thing to do later than we arrived was open a refreshing beer and later the time does his work. Now that I think… there are very few things that I remember of that week, I suppose that shut be the effect of alcohol.

Later of that we arrived to a place name Salto del Laja, where there was a waterfall and where we camp the rest of the week. There all became funniest, I don’t know if where the place, the water of the fact that every time that pass we were more drunks.
So… at the end, it’s very advisable to go out with friends for holidays

The guarded city

Hey there!
Well, I’ve always wanted to visit Rome in Italy, but as I already talked about that in other post I’m going to talk about Rio de Janeiro.
Everytime that we have to let our imagination fly and dream about go anywhere we want, we think in Europe. Not this time! Now I’m going to dream with my own continent, specifically with Rio de Janeiro it always been a great city, so cheerful and alive!!
The most interesting about that place is the people, always smiling and with good mood, they don’t make problems for anything and live their lives with all the good and bad things.
Of course that the beach, all that white sand and sun help too, but more than that, the natural beauty of this city is amazing. The fact that have the mountains so close to the sea, and still have one of the metropolises hugest of South America, how the old city combines with all that new architecture  in that tropical ambient and still has space for all that green everywhere!!
If we add to this all the touristic attractive that has, like The Sugarloaf Mountain, the Christ Redeemer, the Maracana Stadiuma and the unforgettable Sambodromo, a permanent grandstand-lined parade avenue which is used during Carnaval that makes once a year.

Well, if I’m allow to dream a little, but definitely that’s it’s the first place I’ll visit when I can.

Hello people!
My name is Elizabeth and I’m in my third year of Psychology studies here in the Universidad de Chile.  This semester is not very exciting for me, but that’s my entire fault because I actually took very bored classes. However I expect that the next year things get a little better.

The past semester was also very bored but that wasn’t my fault.  Now that I think, third year of psychology is not very interesting but that’s only because we use to see matters that are very introductory and very shallow. I expect that for my third grade of university I master some subjects basics for my professional development, but I only feel that the more time pass, the less I know.
In the other hand, the past semester it works for me to realize what I really wanna do when I go out of University. I realize that Juridical Psychology is a very interesting subject and that from there I can do a real contribution to the society, especially from the side of Carcel.

So I hope to get in that way and do my best!!

Cold, Cold, Cold and rain !!

I hate the heat!!!, I can’t stand it. When is too heat I just don’t work. I feel like a zombie and I feel like I’m melting. The heat stuns me and don’t leave me do my things quiet.
That’s why I like winter, while wetter better. Cold makes me feel alive and if is accompanied by rain is much better. I love those days when the wind blows so hard that we just can watch him drag the leaves. Its jus magic when you walk for a street full of leaves. When is winter I’m not more active than when is summer or something (I think that there is nothing that can change that from me jejejeje), but at least I’m more like the rest of people.
I feel like if is winter and I’m cold, I can at least putting me on more warm clothes or something like that. But when is summer and I’m dying of heat, I feel like there is nothing that I can do to feel me more comfortable.

I guess that both seasons have good and bad things, I just know that I enjoy more the cold ones.

The mountains and beyond...

If there is a place that I love, it has to be Santa Lucia. My grandmother went to live there a time ago. Is a beautiful place that is from Chillan to the mountain. You have to arrive at a little town call Yungay, and there you have to go literally to the top of the hill to find Santa Lucia, go there is a crossing.
I use to go there with my grandma, my brothers and my cousins when I was a child. It rules!! We went in tents and we played all the time and we used to go out for walks and get lost in the nature.  We also enjoyed swimming in the river in which there were tiny little waterfalls were we use to throw us. We call them “Cataratas Belmont”.
I keep going there sometimes in the summer with my family, but never get back to be what it was when I was a child. Now I can relax there and do nothing, I enjoy the nature and the peace whit my family.

I suppose that is all this memories that make me love this place.
